How to become member of this forum?
You can post, reply or create a new topic as Guest but if you are regular visitor of this forum you can become member of this forum.For being a member,in the top menu, click on Register, a new page will be displayed. Fill in the username, Email address and the password you have choose to register. Then you will be redirected to confirm your password. After confirmation you will get an auto directed mail to activate your account on your email-id. After activation of your account you can <b>log in </b>anytime by using your username & password.

Firstly I would like to congratulate you for organizing Srijan 2k8.

Now I would like you guys to work even harder. Why I am telling you this since we faced some glitches at the end of event in Srijan 2k6....I would like you guys to be ready with following

1. Hotel bookings ( for performing artists)
2. Request and Invitation for security to SP on day of main concert.
3. Invitation letter to DM and DC for attending the concert.
4. If possible talk to Persons in CMRI campus for accommodation.
5. The Srijan team must be ready with website in a week (It's really disappointing to see the website non-ready...otherwise the concept of site design is good...you may be thinking" what crap this senior is writing and what the hell he must be knowing about the pain of designing a site"....All this I am writing coz u won't be able to attract large mass for the event)

6. This time Srijan team should look unique not in the sense that u are organizing an event but to touch people who are around you and don't know the name "ISM"...may be you all could invite some NGO's to promote Kartvya through Srijan. You could showcase video of Kartvya to NGO and come up with a donation box too.

I hope this SRIJAN breaks all the previous records in terms of participation, efficiency n loudness (reach)
